The A,F,D and M in the headings were aligned under every other. Apparently when I sent out the reply, this system adjusted what I had entered.

I agree with the last poster. The cc"s traditionally walk at the bottom. Together does "Enc." for enclosures.

For all letters I would placed C in ~ the bottom (not Cc) however for every memo"s i agree with the bulk of the posters, those go best on top below the "to and from" sections.

I agree through Dawnie. Ns no much longer use Cc. It supposed "carbon copy" back in the olden days. "C" (copy) is the new Cc.

On memos it every goes at the top. On letter it goes at the bottom. My major in university was business Education - gee, too poor there weren"t any kind of teaching work open wherein I necessary to live! rather I ended up in banking and also compliance!
