There are actually 2 of them and Nissan has had troubles with them. If it to be mine, I"d change both that them. Financial institution 1 is Nissan P/N: 23731-6J906 and Bank 2 is P/N: 23731-AL616. Bank 1 sensor is simply to the left that the throttle body, if looking at it native the driver"s fender. Financial institution 2 sensor is close to where the uppder radiator water tap attaches to the engine. Both are placed on the back of the cylinder top (or the side facing the driver"s fender).
